Just say NO to trimming. It's GROSS!

If I could use a puke emoji, I would. Trimming is disgusting. When I started doing Brazilians, we were taught to trim long hair. I tried scissors and clippers, but the hair gets everywhere—on the bed, in your mouth, the client’s mouth, all over the room. It hangs in the air like a virus, waiting to poke you in the eye.

Trimming is gross and unnecessary. Some poor technician must have panicked at the sight of long hair and decided to trim it. What a total mess! Trimming adds extra time and creates a nightmare to clean. A tape roller doesn’t work either.

NEWS FLASH: I developed a technique called the Sweep and Flatten. You sweep and flatten the hair to apply wax close to the base without covering the entire length. This makes everything easier and cleaner.

Don't ask clients to trim either—they'll trim too short.

Stop the trimming madness. Just say NO to trimming.
