I haven't received my order/package, OR it says it's been delivered, but I don't have it, what do I do?
Excellent question. Use your tracking number to track your package and see what stage of delivery it is in. That gives you the live "real time" info. If your package says that it's been delivered, but you haven't yet received it, check with you local post office and/or mail carrier for more detailed information. Often times it will be marked delivered when it hasn't been delivered yet, or it may have been delivered to a neighbor. Or it may be held at the post office. There are really so many possibilities. If it turns out that your package is indeed lost, you will need to file a claim with the shipping company to be reimbursed, and place a new order for your products.

What's the difference between Non-Polymer and Polymer Wax?
Polymer is just a fancy word for Plastic. Plastic is added to make the wax spread more thinly and set up quicker in humid environments or rooms with poor ventilation.
Non-Polymer wax, does not contain polymer. It's creamy and lux and is applied just a tad bit thicker than the polymer hard wax.
Both are great for the Brazilian area, are super pliable and work on all hair types.
The PEACE non-polymer is best for the fine fuzzy hairs on the face as well and since it has titanium dioxide, it's a more comfortable experience for the client.
Does wax expire?
Technically there is no expiration date, however, like all wax it is best when used within 12 months of purchase.
What wax warmer do I need?
I've tested several wax warmers with my waxes and found the Equipro warmers to be the best choice.
What temperature do I set the wax at?
Since all wax warmers are different, for our Chakrawax Collection, we like to shoot for a consistency rather than a specific temperature.
All of our hard waxes (PEACE, PASSION, LOVE) should be melted to the consistency of a pancake batter. The wax will appear shiny and run off the stick in ribbons.

You may need to fiddle with your wax warmer to find the "pancake batter" consistency temperature that works for you. Some warmers run hotter than others. We suggest choosing one of our Wax Heaters that have been tested with our waxes to maintain the correct consistency.
How many Brazilians can you get out of (4LBs) of hard wax?
The hard waxes come in 4LB and 2LB bags.
If you are proficient at using hard wax you will get:
4LB Bags
Up to 24 Brazilians with PEACE and PASSION
Up to 30 Brazilians with LOVE
2LB Bags
Up to 12 Brazilians with PEACE and PASSION
Up to 16 Brazilians with LOVE
If you're new to hard wax, you will use way more wax than is necessary in the beginning. It takes time to figure out how much wax you need, so just be patient with yourself, you'll get there.
PRO TIPS:
If you don't have anyone to practice on, use your own thigh to apply and remove the wax to get proficient and to get to know the wax. All waxes have a different "feel" so you need to get used to it.
Everyone should be charging a min of $75 for their Brazilian service. It's about valuing what you have to offer and working smarter, not harder. Why would you want to do 20 Brazilians in a day when you could do 13 and make the same amount of money?
Can I use hard wax all over the entire body? Yes you can! It's a personal preference.
Which hard wax is best for full body waxing? If you choose to use hard wax all over the body, the PASSION OR LOVE would be the best choice as they sprad a bit thinner and allows you to do larger/longer strips.
Do I need to use powder before waxing? Powder is to absorb moisture and oil, so you would use as needed.
Why do you recommend Wonder Whip before waxing? Wonder Whip helps to hydrate and protect the skin. It's not greasy or oily and won't clog the pores. It's great to use both pre and post wax. And to retail for home use.
My credit card isn't going through, why?
9 times out of 10 it's because the billing address entered doesn't match the billing address of your credit card. Check this information and try re-entering your order, or contact your credit card company to help solve the issue.
