LIQUID GOLD STRIP WAX NOTICE:
Due to extreme weather during the summer, it is not recommended to order Liquid Gold between June 1- Sept 1. Chances are higher of wax melting during shipping. We suggest stocking up before the temperatures get above 95.
Typical processing time is 24 hours (not including weekends or holidays).
We ship Monday-Friday, if your order is placed during the weekend it will ship the next business day.
Be sure to enter your correct shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect shipping address will be re-shipped at the customers expense.
Items are packaged to keep products protected when shipping, however certain things cannot be avoided. Cans and tins may arrive with slight dents and wax packages may tear during shipping, but these items are still usable.
WAX WARMERS are dropped shipped from the manufacturer and will arrive separately from the rest of your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Returns of unopened & unused products are accepted for store credit ONLY. All requests for returns, must be pre-approved. email firstname.lastname@example.org for approval. Return postage is paid at buyers expense and package must be received in good condition (packing materials must be used to preserve product). If items are not received in good condition to be re-sold, credit will not apply. Requests for returns must be MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS (two weeks) of receipt of product.
There are no refunds on dvd's. If you receive a dvd and it fails to play properly or has been damaged you may request a new one. Request for exchange must be done within 14 days of product receipt.
PRODUCT DAMAGED BEYOND USE DURING SHIPPING
If product is damaged beyond use during shipping you MUST take pictures of the product and packaging as it was received. Take pictures of the outside of the box and the contents BEFORE they are removed from the packaging. These photos must accompany your product replacement request.
Once you set up your subscription for a recurring order you will be able to make changes to the, products, quantities, and shipping dates by logging into your account and clicking "MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS". Or by clicking the "Manage Subscriptions" link.
