Typical processing time is 48 hours (not including weekends or holidays).

We ship Monday-Friday, if your order is placed during the weekend it will ship the next business day. 

Be sure to enter your correct shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect shipping address will be re-shipped at the customers expense.

Items are packaged to keep products protected when shipping, however certain things cannot be avoided.  Cans and tins may arrive with slight dents and wax packages may tear during shipping, but these items are still usable.

WAX WARMERS are drop shipped from the manufacturer and will arrive separately from the rest of your order. 

Returns of unopened & unused products are accepted for store credit ONLY. All requests for returns, must be pre-approved.  email for approval. Return postage is paid at buyers expense and package must be received in good condition (packing materials must be used to preserve product). If items are not received in good condition to be re-sold, credit will not apply. Requests for returns must be MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS of receipt (delivery) of product.

If your package has been lost or damaged during shipping you will need to contact the shipper to file a claim.  ALL CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN 30 DAYS  OF SHIPMENT TO BE CONSIDERED.
