IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A WAX CHICK ACCOUNT, YOU MAY COMPLETE THE PROCESS TO SET UP A "RETAIL" ACCOUNT BY SENDING A COPY OF YOUR SALES AND USE TAX CERTIFICATE TO CRICKETT@THEWAXCHICK.COM.
