Liquid Gold

Gone are the days of the super sticky "honey" wax that irritates your clients skin and contributes to lifting and bruising.

Liquid Gold Strip WaxIs it a strip wax or a hard wax?  It's so gentle it ACTS like a hard wax.  Removes hair cleanly from the follicle and leaves no sticky residue behind.  Now your clients can leave knowing their clothes won't stick to their skin for the rest of the day!  Your client's will wonder if you are even "doing anything", until they see the smooth results.  You won't have any cleanup either as it leaves no sticky residue behind.

Pro Tips:

1. Use Wonder Whip (just a bit) pre wax to prep the skin. Use Cotton instead of muslin or pellon strips.

2. Though wax does not technically expire, it is best to use within 12 months of purchase.

Ingredients: Gum Rosin, Castor Oil, a proprietary blend of oils, mica (fragrance & color free).

NOTE:  OSHA does not require an MSDS for non hazardous chemicals/products, that is why our line does not need one.

Ask a Question
  • What type of warmers do these cans fit in to? Also, I usually use a hard wax, can this function the same way?

    Hi Nina,

Thanks for your questions.  The wax comes in a standard size tin that fits a majority of wax warmers.  I also have a wax warmer on the site that I highly recommend if you
    are looking for one.

The Liquid Gold is a strip wax, so you would use a strip to remove it.  I say it's like a hard wax because it is gentle on the skin like a hard wax.

Please let me know what other questions you have, I'm happy to help.

    Have a wonderful day,

  • What would the cost per use be for an eyebrow wax? 1/2 leg wax? Using your strips and sticks and without?

Good morning!  Thanks for your question.  It's really difficult to say as it depends on how adept the person is at using the product.  The more efficient, the more services you can get out of 1 can.  I prefer to look at it this way.  One 14oz can of Liquid Gold costs $16.45, I charge $45 for a Brow Design and $45 for a 1/2 lower leg wax.  If I do just one of these services,  it has more than paid for that entire can of wax (plus the sticks and strips used), the rest is pure profit.
It's about being efficient and charging what you are worth, not about calculating the cost of each service.  Waxing is a skill and the better you are at it, the more you can charge, regardless of your supply cost.  Please let me know what other questions I can answer for your, I'm happy to help. • Is this free of any honey?

Thanks for your question.  The Liquid Gold does not contain honey.
